Eye Scope zoom lens released for iPhone

Let's get this straight, we are not suggesting for a minute that this zoom lens will convert your iPhone into a DSLR-beater, not by a long way.

That said, the Eye Scope opens up a whole range of photographic possibilities for your mobile phone -- besides which it looks like a bit of fun.

The 8x zoom screw-fit lens attaches to a case, which in turn fits around your iPhone and certainly gives you a better telephoto option than the standard digital zoom.

Selling for £30 the gizmo comes complete with a mini tripod (which you will need at that zoom level) and a carry case -- well it's not like you would leave this attached to your mobile all the time is it?

There's manual focus adjustment and the lens is capable of focusing from 3m all the way to 246m.
